Saint George Climbfest LLC runs every mechanical layer of a modern climbing festival, plus the quieter off season programs that keep the community climbing together. These are the services we deliver for our own signature weekend and for outdoor events we produce on behalf of schools, companies, and local clubs.

Every Saint George Climbfest weekend begins at the registration desk. Our team engineers a pass system that separates full weekend passes, single day climbs, youth passes, spectator passes, and volunteer passes, each carrying its own set of included shuttles, clinics, and meal vouchers. Registration runs online through a mobile friendly portal and at a physical late gate for same day visitors who arrive without booking.
The ticketing layer also manages waiver collection, gear hire deposits, refund windows, and the capacity caps that keep each crag from overcrowding. Multi household groups book together so that friends and families remain seated on the same shuttle runs, and printed wristbands carry colour coded access zones for competition seating, the expo village, and the campfire staging area. Every volunteer receives a briefing specific to their station and a named buddy for their shift.
After the last routes retire for the day, the festival gathers around film night. We screen climbing documentaries, athlete edits, and crowd sourced community clips on a large outdoor screen beside the campfire, with blankets, popcorn stations, and quiet speakers for the kids. Filmmakers join for short Q and A sessions and many debut their season edits here first.
The community programme extends far past the festival dates.
