The festival itself runs through several long weekends each fall, but our office operates all year for clinics, guiding, and planning the next season.
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 mountain time. Messages sent overnight are answered first thing the next morning by a staff member.
Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00 by appointment, mainly for festival season coordination and urgent guiding changes. Sundays are reserved for rest and route maintenance.
During the autumn festival windows the phone line stays open later and the email inbox is cleared twice a day so no climber is left waiting for a decision.

No experience is needed. About a third of every festival weekend is beginners arriving for their first time outside. Our intro sessions handle genuine grounding in the basics before moving to top roping on friendly routes.
For the festival you need only approach shoes, a water bottle, and weather layers. Harnesses, helmets, ropes, crash pads, and climbing shoes are all available to hire at base camp with a small deposit that returns in full on return.
Volunteers sign up on the contact form with the subject set to volunteering. You choose your shift area from registration to belay station to shuttle, gain free entry once your shift is complete, and receive meals, a shirt, and training on the day.
